Razer machines were mainly focused as gaming machines. From the blade to their pro, all their rig is gaming centric. On a similar note the 13.3 – inch Razer Blade Stealth is a slim competitor to the MacBook line up with high end juice to put up a real fight with the segment. The design that went through making the stealth was a single block premium feel like aluminium loaded with the latest CPU, Core i7 processor.
The looks of the stealth will definitely drive two way opinions on social media and forums very soon. Razer has taken a step back and played simple with their creative department in the design department of the stealth laptop. The Razer Blade Stealth is designed with an understated matte gray scheme and the three headed snake logo is no more neon green in addition it is blended along with the finish leaving it hardly visible on a quick look. The keyboard misses the multicolor backlit system and is given a simple white back light. This definitely doesn’t look like a razer product it looks more like a hybrid between Apple and Razer’s design philosophy or was it the ultimate design aim to be achieved?
The Screen size gets a decent boost from 12.5 to 13.3 inches with a touch upgrade but another letdown was the resolution dropping from 4K (3,840×2,160) to 3,200×1,800 pixels. The Razer team believes this was necessary to help the battery to improve compared to the earlier generation.
Like all other Razer devices, the Razer Blade Stealth starts with a high price tag of $1,399 for a 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD model while the 512GB SSD model starts at $1,599.
